The Rev. Kenneth W. Sawyer is minister emeritus of First Parish Church in Wayland, Massachusetts, which he served from 1974 to 2012. He is the co-author of Thematic Preaching: An Introduction and an editor of “Little Books about Big Stuff,” a series of children’s books drawn from uu&me! magazine, published by the Church of the Larger Fellowship.
